As a family-owned company, Altec GmbH always has a special focus on extremely careful handling of your data. Not only are we legally obliged to do that, but we also believe that one of our top priorities is to live up to the trust you have placed in us.
Collection and use of data

Your data will be collected, stored and used if you voluntarily make this information available, for example in the context of a request, or the use of the contact form.
Cookies
Altec GmbH partly uses cookies, a cookie is a text information that places the visited website (here “server”) over the browser in the computer of the viewer (“client”).
Almost all cookies that are used by Altec GmbH are so-called “session cookies”. They will be automatically deleted after the end of the Internet offer.
Cookies are managed exclusively by the client. Thus, the client decides whether, for example, a cookie is stored or deleted after the lifetime desired by the server.

Altec GmbH uses the Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043) also collects, processes and uses data about the use of Maps features by visitors to the Websites. Use and disclosure of personal data
Insofar as you have provided us with personal data, the data necessary for business transactions will be collected, processed, stored and passed on to affiliated companies and, if necessary, to affiliated companies as well as to external service providers.
External service companies are commissioned by us with:
Parcel delivery, sending of letters or e-mails, maintenance of our customer lists, the analysis and correction of our databases, advertising, payment processing (credit card, direct debit and invoice purchase), credit checks and customer service.
